About the Lukla Trek
Have you ever wanted to travel somewhere with incredible natural scenery and amazing views? Trek from Lukla to Everest Base Camp for a journey of a lifetime.
This 39-mile hike will include dramatic landscapes, the chance to see rare animals, and visits to friendly villages. Lhakpa Sherpa will accompany the trekking group. In addition, each trekking member will have a dedicated Sherpa assisting them and guaranteeing their safety.
The trek will take roughly 14 days, depending on the group’s speed. You will travel from Kathmandu to Lukla by either plane or by Jeep. The cost of the trip will go towards travel costs, lodging, food, and Sherpas. Contact cloudscapeclimbing@gmail.com for any questions or to set up a trek.
Service Includes:
Travel cost of a Jeep or plane from Kathmandu to Lukla. Lodging in villages on the way to and from EBC. Food and water (alcohol not included). Necessary equipment for the trek. Personal Sherpa guides. Guided by Lhakpa Sherpa.
Trek Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Lukla from Kathmandu.
Day 2: Travel from Kathmandu to Lukla by flight or by Jeep.
Day 3: Trek to Everest Base Camp.
Day 4: Travel to Everest Base Camp on foot. Stop in any villages necessary along the way for rest. Travel as fast as the group can comfortably walk.
Day 5: Stay at Everest Base Camp for one night.
Day 6: Stay at Everest Base Camp to rest, enjoy, and prepare to return to Lukla.
Day 7: Trek back to Lukla.
Day 8: Travel from Everest Base Camp back to Lukla on foot, stopping in any villages necessary. Travel as fast as the group can comfortably walk. There is a faster journey on the descent.
Day 9: Return to Kathmandu from Lukla.
Day 10-14: Return to Kathmandu by Jeep or by plane.
